A defined-scope, defined-timeline engagement in three phases.

Phase 1 — 2 weeks

AI Readiness & Hotel Technology Audit

Operational audit across PMS, POS, channel management, procurement, scheduling, revenue management, and guest data systems. Priority matrix built from impact, feasibility, and interdependency analysis. Output: a 90-day roadmap with the top 3–5 initiatives scoped and resourced.

At Hotel Hacienda, the diagnostic identified 14 initiative candidates across F&B, revenue, security, and workforce management; we prioritized 5 for the first cycle.

Phase 2 — 8-10 weeks

Deploy

Implement top priorities with internal owners. PMS integrations configured, F&B analytics deployed, procurement automated, scheduling optimised, guest feedback loops live. Each initiative gets an internal owner from day one — we build alongside, not instead of, the team.

Phase 3 — 2 weeks

Transfer

Documentation, internal training, governance framework, success metrics. The team owns it going forward. Clean exit with measurable outcomes and a self-sustaining operational infrastructure.
